Nana was intent on getting Mason a hair cut. So Friday, in the midst of all of her errands, we took Mason to Lollipops to get his first haircut. He really did great. It wasn't that he desperately needed a hair cut, but his adorable little cowlick was getting covered by the hair growing over top of it. So in an effort to appease Nana and keep Mason's cowlick showing we took him for his first cut. There was a little boy screaming his head off when we entered and that didn't help Mason's confidence in the experience, but the opportunity to ride a car (barber chair) helped his spirits. He did great till he realized something was going on at the top of his head and he couldn't touch it, and then he let out a wail!!!! Either way, the first hair cut is out of the way, his adorable cowlick is showing again, and Nana is happy to be there for the first hair cut. Oh the things we do as mothers....
